What OncoQue is
OncoQue is a service of SolvingHealth, LLC (Boulder, Colorado, USA). We aggregate longitudinal patient records, draft cancer-care decision-support summaries with AI, and have every output reviewed and electronically signed by a licensed, board-certified oncologist before it reaches the patient. The signed letter — not the AI draft — is what we deliver. The signing physician carries the clinical responsibility for the document under their own license and malpractice coverage.
By design, this is medical guidance. We are deliberately the inversion of consumer-direct cancer-information tools that disclaim themselves out of clinical responsibility. Our wedge is the disclaimer flip: a real physician's name, license, and signature on every output we deliver.
What OncoQue is not
- Not a replacement for the oncologist treating you. Your clinical relationship stays with whoever is currently managing your care.
- Not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US).
- Not a tumor board. The signed letter is a structured second-opinion artifact, not a multi-disciplinary case conference.
- Not a way to skip your treating clinicians. The signed letter is meant to prepare you for the conversation with your treating oncologist, not to bypass it.
Privacy
We treat your records the way a physician's office is required to. Specifically:
- We do not sell your data. Ever. There is no marketing-data secondary use.
- We do not share your records or your written intake with any third party without your written consent, except where compelled by law (subpoena, court order, mandatory reporting requirement).
- We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We never put protected health information in URLs or browser logs.
- You can request a complete export of everything we hold about you, at any time, at no cost.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated records, at any time, at no cost. Some logs are retained as required by law and HIPAA-equivalent retention rules; the retention windows are documented on request.
- We are operationally aligned with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule requirements as a Business Associate of the licensed physicians who attest our outputs. We do not currently hold a Covered Entity status; the physicians who sign your letters do.
