Correction notice

An earlier version of this page, dated April 27 2026, described OncoQue as a running service: it stated that every output was reviewed and electronically signed by a board-certified oncologist, listed prices of $299 per signed letter and $499 per year, and described a Business Associate relationship under HIPAA.

None of that was accurate. No oncologist has been contracted, no letters have been produced or sold, and no Business Associate Agreement is in place. Those statements have been removed rather than edited quietly, so the record of the correction stays visible. If you relied on any of them, please contact us through the link below.

What OncoQue is

OncoQue is a project of SolvingHealth, LLC (Boulder, Colorado, USA). Today it is a set of free educational tools that run entirely in your web browser — a denial decoder, a red-flag symptom reference, and an appointment checklist — plus a waitlist.

The physician-attested appeal service described elsewhere on this site is in development and not operating. OncoQue does not currently file insurance appeals, does not employ or contract any physician, and does not accept medical records, denial letters, or any other health information.

What OncoQue is not

• Not currently a service. Nothing on this site is for sale, and no case, appeal, or letter is being worked on anyone's behalf.
• Not a healthcare provider, law firm, or insurer. It does not practice medicine or law, and it gives no medical, legal, or coverage advice.
• Not a replacement for the oncologist treating you. Your clinical relationship stays with whoever is currently managing your care.
• Not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US).

Privacy

The simplest privacy protection is not to collect anything, which is what we do:

• The tools run on your device. What you type into the denial decoder, the red-flag reference, or the appointment checklist stays in your browser. It is not transmitted to us, and we never see it.
• We do not accept health information. Please do not send your diagnosis, medical records, or denial letters. No Business Associate Agreement is in place, so we are not in a position to receive protected health information, and the waitlist form rejects anything beyond an email address.
• The waitlist stores one thing: the email address you enter, so we can tell you if the service opens. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for marketing.
• Deletion. Ask us to remove your email address and we will, at no cost.

Pricing

There is no pricing, because there is nothing for sale. The tools on this site are free and are intended to stay free. If the physician-attested appeal service ever opens, its terms and price will be published here first, and this page will be dated accordingly.

Terms of use

By using OncoQue you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are using OncoQue as a supplement to, not a replacement for, your treating clinicians.
• You will not use OncoQue to make medical decisions in an emergency context.
• You understand the tools here are general educational information, not advice about your specific situation, and that deadlines and appeal rights printed on your own denial letter and plan documents govern — not anything shown here.
• You are at least 18 years old, or you are using OncoQue on behalf of an adult patient with their consent or your legally documented authority to do so.
• OncoQue is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
